The National Disability Insurance Scheme was built to give the most vulnerable Australians dignity, independence, and care. Instead, it has been hijacked by shonks, syndicates, and organised criminal networks who are looting billions of dollars meant for people with disabilities — and almost none of them are going to jail.
We are calling on the Albanese Government, the Attorney-General, the Australian Federal Police, the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to immediately expand criminal prosecutions of NDIS fraudsters.
